The off-season is an excellent time to recover from a tough season and to tailor your training to make improvements in areas in which you are lacking in your conditioning.

We are running weekly sessions, every Tuesday from 6.30pm for all senior male players. New players are very welcome!

Off Season Programmes are also available to Senior Players, contact George Shipman, Director of Rugby, if you have not had access to one.
