Our Annual General Meeting will be held, as planned, on Monday 15th June 2020 at 8pm.

Due to the Coronavirus Pandemic and subsequent government and RFU advice, this will be via ‘video conference’ on a platform called Cisco Webex.

We recognise that some members may be uncomfortable or unable to access a video conference, so we intend to hold a ‘second meeting or part 2 AGM' when we are able to physically meet at the club when members will be able to ask questions and have a hard copy of the club accounts etc.

The following documents have been added on the club website under the 'INFO' tab, then 'Club Documents'. They will also be emailed to members we have email addresses for.

2020 Agenda, 2019 AGM draft minutes, Director of Rugby Playing Report, draft accounts, an information sheet from me regarding the ‘virtual AGM’ and the Officer Nomination Sheet. UNUSUALLY – if you would like to apply for a post, please speak to me, Chairman George Shipman or President Ken Morse, with a proposer and seconder and we will add you to the nomination sheet ( as the club house has been closed since the end of March)

As usual – apologies to me please, either email or post to the club. elaine.addy@hotmail.co.uk if you cannot sign in on the 15th June

UNUSUALLY - if you would like a question raising at the AGM on the 15th, please email me. This is because of the challenge of managing potential questions from a large group via video conference.

Remember - we will hold a ‘second meeting’ when we are able to physically meet at the club to allow questions to be asked in person and for members to have a hard copy of our club accounts etc.
